We don't only see customized solutions as the best thing for our customers. Also in the qualification and further education of our employees we are committed to taking an individual approach. In regular annual performance reviews we systematically note the training needs of each employee and make a common plan for further steps to achieve necessary qualifications.


Qualified employees and consistent support of employee development ensure our long-term success as a company.

And because communication training for managers and for dispatchers have to accomplish different goals in different ways, the contents of individual training courses is customized to the specific needs of internal target groups such as managers or operative employees with different functions. Courses are designed and conducted by our internal trainers. Or we work together with external coaches and educational institutions.  This is especially the case for specialized subjects such as customs, cargo securing or occupational safety.

 

 

Promoting key skills

Combined with the annual performance reviews, we work with a skills management program. High potential staff receive customized promotion and development of their abilities from the beginning of their employment. We prepare a personal development program that is linked with a clear timeline. Acquisition of knowledge and development of skills go hand in hand. Depending on the occupation, the career goals and the company's requirements, we make use of various seminar and coaching offerings.
