Securing your air freight supply chain
Safety and security in air transport and the avoidance of attacks in all air freight activities are obviously a very important matter. The EU Regulation 300/2008 specifies new safety provisions for air freight.
Our status as a Regulated Agent ensures simple and safe transfer of customers' shipments when air freight is the chosen means of transport.
The Rudolph Logistics Group has adopted the following measures to ensure supply chain security:
- We have comprehensively reviewed security personnel in our company headquarters and in all relevant locations and provided them with extensive training.
- Other commercial and administrative personnel have been reviewed in accordance with their work activities. We have briefed personnel in detail on security subjects and the new security rules.
- We have established transport areas for air freight that are protected against unauthorized access and manipulation.
- If there is suspicion of some form of manipulation despite these measures, we have standing contracts with well-known service providers which are always available to subject goods to any required inspection procedures with a wide range of procedures.
You can depend on us
All of the points in our comprehensive safety and security program have been presented to the German Federal Aviation Office and have been approved by them. This has resulted in our being named as an official Regulated Agent.
